LGBTQ+-affirming therapy creates room to explore mental health, sexuality, relationships, identity, and culture without assuming that your identity is the problem.
I work with lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and questioning clients, as well as people whose identities or experiences do not fit neatly into a label. You do not have to identify as LGBTQ+ to work with me.
My goal is to create a culturally responsive and sex-positive therapy environment where you can be honest about your experiences.
We can address symptoms and relationship concerns while respecting the identities, communities, and relationships that are meaningful to you.
