Men are often taught to minimize emotional pain, handle problems alone, or express vulnerability through anger, withdrawal, work, sex, or substance use.
These expectations can make it difficult to recognize when anxiety, depression, trauma, loneliness, or relationship stress needs attention.
I offer a direct, collaborative, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy for men. Treatment may combine CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, IFS, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
Therapy is not about removing strength. It is about developing greater emotional awareness, flexibility, connection, and choice.
