Polyamory and consensual nonmonogamy therapy

Nonmonogamy and Polyamorous Couples Therapy

Relationship therapy without assuming monogamy is the goal.

Consensual nonmonogamy and polyamory can create meaningful relationships while also bringing complex questions involving communication, time, jealousy, intimacy, boundaries, and trust.

I work with individuals, couples, and polyamorous relationship systems. Up to four partners may participate in a relationship session when including everyone is clinically appropriate.

I do not assume that monogamy, nonmonogamy, or any particular relationship structure is automatically healthier.

We will focus on consent, honesty, communication, emotional safety, and whether your agreements reflect the needs and values of the people involved.
